Traditional Music Stores typically mark up their instruments 400% above factory prices. The reason for this is many retail stores buy from wholesale suppliers that already have to mark up their items about 200%. Add in transportation, advertising, cost of retail space and soon you end up with an instrument beyond the reach of many musicians. Regal Music buys direct from the factory for most of our instruments. Because of that we can offer instruments that sound as good as instruments that cost hundreds - and in some cases - thousands more.

Many of the instruments we offer are also sold under brand names that comand a much higher price. These companies use many of the same Chinese companies we use, but then slap on their name as well as the high price tags.

How do we know all this? We are members of NAMM and have gone to the National Manufacturer's Shows as well as go to China. We have been in the factories and seen the other brand names on the boxes.
