Einstein

The violin has always been a source of creativity and genius for people. It was said of Albert Einstein that when he traveled to physics conferences, he looked more like an itinerant musician than a scientist. Einstein was a friend of Shinichi Suzuki, the Japanese pedagogue who visited Germany as a young student to study violin and later developed a program the goal of which was to promote happiness in Japanese children. His idea was to teach children to learn music in the same way they learned to speak, through repetition, example and loving support from their parents. Both Dr. Einstein and Dr. Suzuki are world figures who promoted rational thinking and love.
