An
Electric violin is a wonderful concept that can allow a single violin
to dominant the stage in even a Rock and Roll band. However, we have
been aware of the shortfalls found in most electric violins. Our
primary concern is that most electric violins are mostly made of
plastic and require batteries to work. A violinist always runs the
risk of running out of juice at just the worst time. We have worked
with Primo on these shortcomings and redesigned the totally new 2006
Primo Power Violin. Like an electric guitar, the Primo Power violin
does not need batteries. For silent playing you can play it
unplugged. If you want to hear the full sound just play it with
headphones or with the amplifier turned to low. With a flick of the
switch you can have reverb for an awesome modern sound.
The Harmonia model is the finest model we offer
with advanced digital sound.
Because the Harmonia has a hollow wood body the tone
is far superior to those plastic electric violins.
